Refund/Return and Exchange Policy Customer satisfaction is our motto and prime objective. We are always looking forward to provide you the best products at market fair prices. We wish you happy for each and every time you buy from us. You can only request for a replacement/exchange/refund of payment of the product in case the error/mistake or in case of manufacturing defect is on our side. The above mentioned cases, we will arrange to collect the product without any shipping charges.

Please note do not send back an item without contacting with us. It is very important that you do not send an item back to us until you have verified/confirmed with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items. Products returned should be arranged by the customer in the original condition. Products that have been altered, laundered or worn will not be taken back. Copy of the invoice should also be sent along with product return as requisition. Products can’t be returned over the concern of price or shipment cost as you have already confirming to us when placing the order. Replacement/exchange will be processed once the products have been received by us in intact position and passed by our verification.

In case of refund of Product price - refund will be done within 3 working days after receiving of Product unless the error is on our side on the earlier delivery. In case of replacements/exchanges you will be charged for receiving the alternate products unless the error is on our side on the earlier delivery. No replacement/exchange will be offered for improperly/damaged packaged returns. As safe delivery to you is our sole responsibility, in the same way sending the products back safely to us is your sole responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we are unable to cooperate with you. So, if necessary, please make sure to send through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the bill till the shipment gets delivered to us.
